La influencia de la contaminación sonora en el interior de la vivienda y el bienestar acústico del usuario : caso conjunto residencial Alameda Real, Surquillo

Abstract

La contaminación sonora, los diferentes niveles de ruido registrados en el interior de la vivienda y el bienestar acústico del usuario son temas prioritarios en esta investigación, las buenas condiciones de ellas deben ser del cuidado y preocupación del gobierno y los miembros de la comunidad. Los indicadores de contaminación sonora de la OMS (Organización Mundial de la Salud) y La Ordenanza Nº 1965 De La Municipalidad Metropolitana de Lima, para la Prevención y Control de la Contaminación Sonora, permitirá evaluar el nivel de ruido permisible en el interior de la vivienda y por ende el bienestar del usuario. Hoy en día se proyecta que el sector construcción en el Perú, siga registrando crecimientos significativos, quienes están ejecutando proyectos de gran escala referidas al sector vivienda, pero en muchos casos se están descuidando el factor cualitativo de ellas. Tal suceso ha llamado la atención, y es de sumo interés verificar a través de la investigación si se cumple con las condiciones mínimas de calidad acústica, que haga frente a la contaminación sonora. Para lo cual se evaluó los diferentes niveles de ruido en el interior de la vivienda en diferentes momentos del día para tener una evaluación más completa. También se hizo una encuesta estructurada a los usuarios y se determinó cuáles son las fuentes de ruido. El lugar seleccionado para la investigación será el Conjunto Residencial Alameda Real, ubicado en el distrito de Surquillo. Es seguro conseguir una mejor calidad de vida a partir de generar espacios libres de ruidos molestos, que satisfagan las distintas necesidades y expectativas de sus ocupantes.

Sound pollution, noise levels recorded inside the home and the user's acoustic wellbeing are the priority topics in this research, the good conditions of the people must be of the care and concern of the government and the members of the community. The noise pollution indicators of the WHO (World Health Organization) and Ordinance N° 1965 of the Metropolitan Municipality of Lima, for the Prevention and Control of Sound Pollution, the level of difficulty of noise is admissible inside the home and therefore the user's welfare. Nowadays it is projected that the construction sector in Peru, if they are doing it, the large- scale projects refer to the housing sector, but in many cases the qualitative factor of them is being neglected. Such an event has attracted attention, and it is of great interest to verify through the investigation whether it meets the minimum conditions of acoustic quality, which deals with noise pollution. For what is evaluated the different levels of noise in the interior of the house at different times of the day to have a more complete evaluation. A structured survey was also made to the users and it was determined that the noise sources. The place selected for the investigation was the Alameda Real Residential Complex, located in the district of Surquillo. It is safe to obtain a better quality of life of annoying free generation, which satisfies the different needs and expectations of its occupants.
