Zona Cultural Huaycán

Abstract

La tesis a presentar inicia con la investigación de infraestructuras culturales en el exterior que han generado un bienestar comunitario, cuyas ideas de función y organización arquitectónica me permitieron entender las necesidades de la Comunidad Autogestionaria de Huaycán y la arquitectura que se requiere en la zona, lo que generaría el planteamiento del problema en una sociedad con ganas de expresar su arte y conocimiento ante la falta del respaldo de una infraestructura, para dar respuesta al problema se investiga en el marco teórico sobre cultura y desarrollo, las Kallankas, el espacio cultural y la Sostenibilidad, capaces de explicar la cultura no solo en lo emocional sino también en la economía y demás aspectos que reúne el desarrollo. Después presento los fundamentos físicos, económicos, sociales y de gestión que permitieron proyectar los trazos de la “Zona Cultural Huaycan” cuya propuesta arquitectónica tomo un marco normativo a partir de guías, pautas de usos similares y del reglamento nacional de edificaciones, además para el proyecto se consideró las condiciones tecnológicas y ambientales que dan una mejor dirección al diseño, además de presentar una propuesta urbana, que fortalece las infraestructuras públicas de Huaycán. El desarrollo del proyecto finalmente es explicado a partir de su concepto, emplazamiento, zonificación, flujos, circulaciones, volumetría, fachadas y recorrido visual. Además de los planos arquitectónicos se cuenta con los planos de Seguridad, estructura, instalaciones eléctricas y sanitarias y sus recomendaciones respectivas que complementan y logran que el proyecto funcione y cubra las necesidades para la permanecía del usuario en la infraestructura.

The thesis to present begins with the investigation of cultural infrastructures abroad that have generated community well-being, whose ideas of function and architectural organization allowed me to identify the local needs in Huaycán and the architecture that is required in the district, understanding the problem of a society wanting to express its art and knowledge in the absence of a space and/or infrastructure. In order to respond to the problem, it is investigated in the theoretical framework on culture and development, current and past cultural spaces and infrastructure, allowing me to explain culture not only emotionally but also in the economy and other aspects that development and sustainability bring together. It continues with the presentation of the physical, economic, social and management foundations that allowed to project the lines of the "Huaycan Cultural Zone" whose architectural proposal took a regulatory framework based on guides, guidelines of similar uses and the national building regulations, as well, technological and environmental conditions that give a better direction to the design were considered for the project, along with the presentation of the urban proposal which strengthens the public infrastructure of Huaycán. The development of the project is finally explained from its concept, location, zoning, flows, circulations, volumetry, facades and visual path. In addition to the architectural plans, there are plans for safety, structure, electrical and sanitary installations and their respective recommendations that complement and make the project work and cover the needs for the user's stay in the infrastructure.
