Optimización de flota de camiones para la alimentación a chancadora primaria

Abstract

La Tesina “optimización de flota de camiones para la alimentación a chancadora primaria” tiene por objetivo realizar un análisis de las principales variables que influyen en la alimentación de mineral a chancadora primaria y encontrar la mejor forma de hacerlo incrementando la productividad y las ganancias en este proceso. Para ello se hacen comparaciones entre 2 tipos de flota, los camiones Caterpillar 793F y Komatsu 930E. Al final del trabajo se determina la flota de camiones que brinda mejor resultado, así como la cantidad de camiones necesaria para asegurar una mayor rentabilidad.

The thesis “OPTIMIZATION OF FLEET TRUCKS FOR FEED THE PRIMARY CRUSHER” aims to perform an analysis of the main variables influencing primary crusher ore feed and find the best way of doing this by increasing productivity and earnings in this process. So are comparisons between 2 types of fleet, caterpillar 793F and Komatsu 930E trucks. The fleet of trucks which gives better result, as well as the number of trucks needed to ensure greater profitability is determined at the end of the work.
