Análisis de costos en el periodo enero-octubre 2013 de la unidad minera Huarón

Abstract

En PAN AMERICAN SILVER HUARON S.A., periódicamente, se establece un Budget 2013 que las nueve áreas deben alcanzar, o cuanto menos estar dentro del gap límite. Este escrito muestra el balance económico y productivo realizado durante las operaciones de la unidad minera, correspondiente al mes de octubre del año 2013. Este trabajo no busca dar especificaciones técnicas con respecto a las mejoras hechas sino, se orienta al análisis de los costos (Budget vs Producción) y al estado económico en el que se encuentra la compañía minera al final del periodo mencionado. Como parte inicial, se mostrará la comparación entre el Budget y lo Realizado durante el décimo mes del año, para posteriormente mostrar la misma relación, pero con respecto a diferentes áreas. Como medida de productividad, se mostrarán los indicadores que usa la empresa Huarón. Finalmente, analizaré los resultados de la producción, así como los costos durante el periodo octubre. Se elaboraron tablas y cuadros que harán más fácil el entendimiento de los puntos clave.

Periodically, in PAN AMERICAN SILVER HUARÓN SA is established a Budget that the nine areas of the company must achieve, or at least be within the limit gap. This paper shows the economic and productive balance made during operations of the mining unit for the month of October 2013. This work does not seek to technical specifications regarding the improvements made but is oriented to the analysis of the costs (budget vs. production) and economic state in which the mining company is at the end of the mentioned period. As an initial part, the comparison between the Budget and the progresses during the tenth month of the year is going to be displayed, later it will be shown the same relationship but with respect to different areas. As a measure of productivity, the indicators used by the company Huarón are being displayed. Finally, I’m analyzing the results of production and costs for the period October. Tables and charts that will facilitate the understanding of the key points were made.
