| Abstract: | En los últimos cinco años, el mercado inmobiliario en Lima se ha reactivado luego de unos añ0s poco alentadores. Durante mi labor, he realizado varios proyectos arquitectónicos importantes, destacándose los proyectos multifamiliares y de oficinas. Decidí analizar proyectos de estos dos tipos, desarrollados durante mi experiencia laboral y situados en diferentes distritos, a través de los cuales se puede realizar un diagnóstico del mercado inmobiliario actual en la ciudad de Lima. In the last five years, the real estate market in Lima has reactivated after a few encouraging years. During my work, 1 have carried out several important architectural projects, highlighting multifamily and office projects. 1 decided to analyze projects of these two types, developed during my work experience and located in different districts, through which a diagnosis of the current real estate market can be made in the city of Lima. |
