Centro comercial y de entretenimiento en las riberas del rio Rímac

Abstract

En la vida moderna de toda ciudad, los Centros Comerciales conforman un sector importante para el desarrollo integral de un país, llevando consigo aspectos sociales, económicos, culturales en la sociedad y poder así tener una mejor calidad de vida. El diseño arquitectónico para el comercio debe por lo tanto considerar la situación actual y plantear una solución para el adecuado movimiento y acomodamiento que se dan dentro, fuera y alrededor del edificio comercial, considerando además las características de la ciudad y la sociedad. Este proyecto de grado denominado “Centro Comercial y de Entretenimiento”, pretende integrar, a primera instancia, equipamientos recreativos y comerciales con el fin de interrelacionar y fomentar un carácter de convivencia y esparcimiento en los barrios cercanos, visitantes en general y en la Ribera del Río Rímac, así mismo contribuir con la mejora del desarrollo urbano, cultural y producto del distrito.

In the modern life of every city, the Shopping Centers form an important sector for the integral development of a country, taking with it social, economic, cultural aspects in society and thus being able to have a better quality of life. The architectural design for the trade must therefore consider the current situation and propose a solution for the adequate movement and accommodation that occur inside, outside and around the commercial building, also considering the characteristics of the city and society. This degree project called "Shopping and Entertainment Center", aims to integrate, at first instance, recreational and commercial equipment in order to interrelate and promote a character of coexistence and recreation in the nearby neighborhoods, visitors in general and in the Ribera del Rímac River, also contribute to the improvement of urban, cultural and product development of the district.
