Dimensionamiento e implementación de una red de servicio celular 3G Indoor en la banda de 1900MHZ del operador Movistar en el edificio de la sede principal del Banco de la Nación

Abstract

La actual indagación radica en el requerimiento de mejorar la calidad del servicio celular de voz y datos en el interior del edificio del Banco Nación. Este trata el dimensionamiento y acoplamiento de la red celular indoor de acceso 3G en la banda de 1900 Mhz del operador Movistar en el interior del edificio general del Banco de la Nación. Para esta labor se dimensionó la magnitud de sectores para cubrir toda la zona del edificio y se realizó el estudio de la propagación de la red celular dentro del edificio mediante el empleo del software Ibwave lo que permitió definir las ubicaciones de las diversas antenas para cubrir la totalidad del edificio. Posteriormente se realizó la fase de implementación del proyecto con la instalación de las antenas y se procedió a una etapa de testeos con el fin de validar la labor de lo implementado.

The current indagation lies in the requirement to improve the quality of the cellular voice and data service inside the Banco Nación main headquarters building. This deals with the sizing and coupling of the indoor 3G access cellular network in the 1900 Mhz band of the Movistar operator inside the general building of the Banco de la Nación. For this task, the magnitude of sectors was sized to cover the entire area of the building and the study of the propagation of the cellular network within the building was carried out using the Ibwave software, which allowed defining the locations of the various antennas to cover the entire building. Subsequently, the implementation phase of the project was carried out with the installation of the antennas and a testing stage was carried out in order to validate the work of what was implemented.
