Centro Cultural Ate - Santa Anita

Abstract

El presente proyecto arquitectónico se ubica en la av. Nicolás Ayllón, más conocida como Carretera Central, en el contexto inmediato del Óvalo Santa Anita, un sector que experimenta un cambio en sus funciones urbanas, específicamente una obsolescencia en sus funciones industriales y con ello muchas de sus dinámicas urbanas quedan desarticuladas o desorganizadas, al respecto se ha efectuado una investigación urbanística, que permita establecer un análisis y diagnóstico, como consecuencia de ello, se ha planteado una alternativa de solución, una intervención urbana en el contexto mediato e inmediato al Óvalo Santa Anita. En este sentido, el Centro Cultural Ate-Santa Anita, es un agente de cambio estratégico en dicha propuesta de intervención urbana, la cual ha sido desarrollada durante los ciclos 2021-1 y 2021-2 en el Taller de Tesis, correspondiente a los ciclos 9 y 10 de la carrera de arquitectura en la Facultad de Arquitectura Urbanismo y Artes de la Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería. La presente tesis consta de tres capítulos, el primer capítulo desarrolla una introducción al proyecto, donde se consideran los diferentes aspectos teóricos y conceptuales como antecedentes y referencias que permiten establecer un marco teórico y plantear objetivos. En el segundo capítulo, se aborda el proyecto desde la factibilidad, a fin de poder llevarlo a un plano más pragmático, donde es necesario concretar y validar los planteamientos del capítulo anterior a través de aspectos normativos, sociales, económicos, ambientales, entre otros. En el tercer capítulo, lo desarrollado durante los capítulos anteriores encuentra su aplicación, a través de una propuesta, en primera instancia urbanística, para luego convertirse en una propuesta arquitectónica, con todas las dimensiones que ello involucra. Posteriormente se establecen conclusiones y recomendaciones finales.

The present architectural project is located on Av. Nicolas Ayllón, better known as Carretera Central, in the immediate context of the Santa Anita Oval, a sector that is experiencing a change in its urban functions, specifically an obsolescence in its industrial functions and with this many of its urban dynamics remain disjointed or disorganized, In this regard, an urban planning investigation has been carried out, which allows establishing an analysis and diagnosis, as a consequence, an alternative solution has been proposed, an urban intervention in the immediate and immediate context of the Santa Anita Oval. In this sense, the Ate-Santa Anita Cultural Center is an agent of strategic change in said urban intervention proposal, which has been developed during the 2021-1 and 2021-2 cycles in the Thesis Workshop, corresponding to the cycles 9 and 10 of the architecture degree at the Faculty of Architecture, Urbanism and Arts of the National University of Engineering. This thesis consists of three chapters, the first chapter develops an introduction to the project, where the different theoretical and conceptual aspects are considered as background and references that allow establishing a theoretical framework and setting objectives. In the second chapter, the project is approached from feasibility, in order to be able to take it to a more pragmatic level, where it is necessary to specify and validate the approaches of the previous chapter through regulatory, social, economic, environmental aspects, among others. In the third chapter, what was developed during the previous chapters finds its application, through a proposal, in the first instance urban planning, to later become an architectural proposal, with all the dimensions that this involves. Subsequently, final conclusions and recommendations are established.
