Recuperación del patrimonio desde la gestión ambiental de las viviendas Putuco en Taraco de Huancané, Puno

Abstract

Actualmente, en la gestión medioambiental en Perú no se dan las condiciones necesarias para conservar el patrimonio cultural de las viviendas Putuco en Taraco, Huancané, Puno. Por ello, el objetivo del estudio fue analizar estrategias para la recuperación del patrimonio cultural y natural en las viviendas de esta zona. La metodología se fundamentó en un enfoque mixto de tipo básico y nivel descriptivo, adoptando un diseño de campo no experimental y transversal. La muestra con la que se trabaja en el estudio es de 73 personas. Las técnicas empleadas incluyeron cuestionarios, entrevistas semiestructuradas y grupos focales, utilizando como instrumentos una encuesta, una guía de entrevista flexible con preguntas abiertas y un guion con preguntas generadoras. Se organizó un marco teórico que permitió establecer variables e indicadores que sirvió para medir, de manera cuantitativa y cualitativa, a los Putucos. Los resultados señalan que, en Taraco, no se ha implementado una estrategia de gestión ambiental para conservar las viviendas Putuco, por lo que concluyo que es necesario implementar una estrategia de gestión ambiental. No se ha implementado ninguna gestión para proteger el medio ambiente por lo que concluyo que es necesario impulsar una campaña de concientización para que la municipalidad de Taraco lo lleve a cabo. Actualmente hay poca extensión de pastos naturales que proveen de materias primas para la construcción de las viviendas Putuco, por lo es necesario expandir su cultivo. Hay demasiada contaminación de basura en Taraco, por lo que concluyo que es necesario hacer campañas de concientización. Por último, las viviendas Putuco están en estado de abandono, por lo que encuentro necesario crear conciencia de su valor cultural.

Currently, environmental management in Peru does not provide the necessary conditions to preserve the cultural heritage of the Putuco dewllings in Taraco, Huancané, Puno. Therefore, the objective of the study was to analyze strategies for the recovery of the cultural and natural heritage in the houses of this area. The methodology was based on a mixed approach of basic type and descriptive level, adopting a non-experimental and transversal field design. The sample with which the study works is 73 people. The techniques used included questionnaires, semi- structured interviews and focus groups, using as instruments a survey, a flexible interview guide with open questions and a script with generating questions. The information was recorded from his background. A theoretical framework was organized that allowed establishing variables and indicators that served to measure, quantitatively and qualitatively, the Putucos. The results indicate that, in Taraco, an environmental management strategy has not been implemented to preserve the Putuco dewllings, so I conclude that it is necessary to implement an environmental management strategy. There has not been any management implemented to protect the environment, so I conclude that it is necessary to promote an awareness campaign for the municipality of Taraco to carry it out. Currently there is little extension of natural pastures that provide raw materials for the construction of the Putuco dewllings, so it is necessary to expand their cultivation. There is too much garbage contamination in Taraco, so I conclude that it is necessary to carry out awareness campaigns. And lastly, the Putuco dewllings are in a state of abandonment, so I find it necessary to create awareness of their cultural value.
