Hotel y cabañas Mala - Cañete

Abstract

El proyecto es un Hotel y Cabañas al sur de Lima, en el distrito de Mala, provincia de Cañete. El terreno se emplaza entre los campos de cultivo del valle y las lomas estacionales en la parte superior. El clima se caracteriza por ser seco y soleado durante la mayor parte del año, con escasas lluvias y poco viento. Su ubicación frente al poblado de Azpitia, que es el actual foco de atracción turística, resulta favorable con la idea principal del proyecto, aparte de brindar los servicios propios de un hotel, busca fomentar la conciencia ecológica y el respeto al. medio ambiente, para lograrlo, considera importante usar los materiales de la zona y un aprovechamiento más efectivo de los recursos y así reducir el impacto ambiental que van a tener los edificios en el territorio durante todo su Ciclo de Vida, desde su construcción, uso y demolición.

The climate is characterized for being dry and sunny for most of the year with low rainfall and little wind. lts location in front of the village of Azpitia, that is the current focus of tourist attraction, is favorable with the main project idea, apart from providing the services of a hotel, seeks to promote environmental awareness and respect for the environment, to achieve this, considers it important to use materials from the area and most effective resources utilization and thus reduce the environmental impact that will have the buildings in the territory during their entire of life, from its construction, use and demolition.
