Resort tres estrellas en Lurinchincha

Abstract

El proyecto Resort Tres Estrellas, se ubica en el barrio de Lurinchincha, distrito de Chincha Baja, provincia de Chincha Alta, Departamento de lea. El terreno sobre el cual se ha desarrollado el proyecto tiene un área de 30,936.50 m2. Este lote es un predio rústico a, aproximadamente, 1 km al SO del pueblo de Lurinchincha. El ingreso principal, tanto peatonal como vehicular, del resort se ubica en un camino de herradura que pasa frente al terreno. La vía de ingreso va hacia el mar, pero permite el ingreso a un estacionamiento principal. El conjunto se ordena alrededor de dos plazas principales sobrepuestas, definidas por los volúmenes de los diferentes servicios que brinda el hotel (tiendas, SUM, Gimnasio, Salón de Belleza, Sauna, Restaurante, alojamiento y administración) y elementos de sombra que permiten la visión de todo el conjunto. De este modo dentro del complejo se crean espacios semipúblicos integrados y, a la vez, permeables, que dejan adivinar la visual hacia el mar.
