Abstract

El informe titulado "Gestión en la Construcción de la Captación Superficial de Agua en la Localidad de Chululuni, Provincia Jorge Basadre, Tacna" presenta el desarrollo técnico y administrativo sobre la renovación del sistema de captación de agua de dicha localidad, que ha sido afectada por deslizamientos y precipitaciones intensas. En el primer capítulo se enfoca en la introducción, el cual expone las características generales del proyecto, formulación del problema, objetivo general y específicos, junto con antecedentes que respaldan el informe. El segundo capítulo aborda el marco teórico, diferenciando entre aguas subterráneas y superficiales, y explica los criterios utilizados para seleccionar la fuente de captación. También se describen métodos de evaluación como volumétrico, además de presentar los distintos tipos de captación superficial, con énfasis en los sistemas por gravedad no tratados. El tercer capítulo describe el proyecto, abarcando su localización, topografía, suelos y condiciones climáticas. Se analiza la problemática que enfrenta la población beneficiaria, cuyo sistema de captación es artesanal y está deteriorado. Como solución, se propone rehabilitar la infraestructura mediante la construcción de captación tipo galería filtrante y muro tipo gavión para garantizar su estabilidad. En el cuarto capítulo, se detalla el proceso constructivo de la captación tipo galería filtrante y del muro de protección tipo gavión. También se identifican problemas surgidos en la fase inicial y las soluciones adoptadas. Finalmente, el quinto capítulo presenta la programación y presupuesto de obra, en la cual se especifica el control y gestión de recursos, mencionando los percances surgidos durante la ejecución.
