Análisis de riesgo de los proyectos de inversión pública y calidad de la inversión, caso Chota - 2022

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación titulado; “ANÁLISIS DE RIESGO DE LOS PROYECTOS DE INVERSIÓN PÚBLICA Y CALIDAD DE LA INVERSIÓN, CASO CHOTA - 2022”, tiene por finalidad identificar en qué medida el análisis de riesgo en los proyectos de inversión pública impactan en la calidad de la inversión. Tipo aplicada, nivel correlacional, diseño no experimental y corte transversal son las características metodológicas del proceso investigativo. El marco poblacional de la investigación fue constituido por 15 presupuestos de inversión pública en el distrito de Chota durante el año 2022, de donde deviene la muestra, considerada para el estudio que considera 04 presupuestos públicos. Las técnicas utilizadas fueron el Análisis Documental y el análisis FODA, asimismo, la matriz de probabilidad e impacto para el análisis de riesgo. La investigación logró identificar que el análisis de riesgo de los proyectos de inversión pública impacta significativamente en la calidad de la inversión, tal es el caso de la eficiencia, eficacia e impacto (-1< p < 0), con excepción de pertinencia y sostenibilidad.

The present research work entitled; "RISK ANALYSIS OF PUBLIC INVESTMENT PROJECTS AND INVESTMENT QUALITY, CHOTA CASE - 2022", aims to identify to what extent the risk analysis in public investment projects impacts the quality of the investment. Applied type, correlational level, non-experimental and cross-section are the methodological characteristics of the investigative process. The population framework of the research was made up of 15 public investment budgets in the Chota district during the year 2022, from which the sample comes, considered for the study of 04 public budgets. The techniques used were Documentary Analysis and SWOT analysis, as well as the probability and impact matrix for the risk analysis. The research managed to identify that the risk analysis of public investment projects significantly impacts the quality of the investment, such is the case of efficiency, effectiveness and impact (-1 <p <0), with the exception of relevance and sustainability.
