Conjunto residencial Real Felipe en el Callao

Abstract

Esta memoria corresponde al Proyecto Arquitectónico Conjunto Residencial Real Felipe, producto final de un proceso de diseño desarrollado durante los cursos Taller de Tesis 1 y 2 de la Facultad de Arquitectura, Urbanismo y Artes de la Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería. Es importante aclarar que este proyecto constituye un ensayo académico que busca explorar las posibilidades y potencialidades de la zona de intervención -límite entre los distritos de Cercado Callao y La Punta y no busca, en ninguna medida, quitarle valor al Barrio Fiscal N24, terreno en el cual se desarrolla este proyecto. En la propuesta, a nivel urbano se configuran nuevas áreas -plaza y malecón para revalorizar el litoral; y a nivel arquitectónico se renuevan las viviendas del antiguo Barrio Fiscal N24 para hacer frente a su déficit de densidad habitacional y equipamiento. Este proyecto se compromete con el usuario al brindarle: a nivel privado, módulos de vivienda compactos que garantizan la calidad habitacional; a nivel comunal, apropiada infraestructura de uso común; y a nivel de ciudad, un conjunto estructurado de tal manera que respeta la zona monumental-histórica del Callao y a la vez representa la imagen del Callao contemporáneo.

This report corresponds to the Architectural Project Residential Real Felipe, the final product of a design process developed during the course Thesis Workshop 1 and 2 of the Faculty of Architecture, Urbanism and Arts of the National University of Engineering. It is important to note that this project is an academic essay that seeks to explore the possibilities and potential of the project area -the boundary between the districts of Cercado Callao and La Punta-and does not seek, in any measure, to take away value of the Barrio Fiscal N24 grounds which this project is developed in. In the proposal, at urban level new areas are configured -a square and a seafront boulevard to revalue the littoral; and at architectural level, the residential use of the former Barrio Fiscal N24 is renewed to address the deficit of housing density and equipment. This project is committed to provide the user with at private level, compact housing modules to ensure quality housing, at community level, appropriate infrastructure for common use; and at city level, a structured set such that respects the monumental -historical zone of Callao and simultaneously represents the image of contemporary Callao.
