Abstract

Esta memoria corresponde al Proyecto CENTRO DE INVESTIGACIONES SAN LORENZO, producto final de un proceso de diseño desarrollado durante los Talleres de Diseño 10 de la facultad de Arquitectura. Urbanismo y Artes de la Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería. Es importante aclarar que este proyecto constituye un ensayo académico que busca explorar las posibilidades y potenciales de la Isla San Lorenzo en la provincia del Callao, como ultimo hito de expansión urbana dentro de Lima. Los objetivos fijados para el proyecto son los de promover, apoyar y ejecutar estudios y tareas científicas en el Territorio Nacional. El CENTRO DE INVESTIGACIONES SAN LORENZO, propone no solo una infraestructura científica adecuada para la investigación del Mar Peruano; sino también un hito turístico importante dentro de Lima en expansión.

This report corresponds to the Project CENTRO DE INVESTIGACIONES SAN LORENZO, end product of a design process developed during the Design Workshops 10 of the Faculty of Architecture, Urbanism and Arts of the National University of Engineering. It is important to note that this project is an academic essay that seeks to explore the possibilities and potential of the San Lorenzo island in the province of Callao. as the last milestone of urban expansion in Lima. Research CENTRO DE INVESTIGACIONES SAN LORENZO. proposes not only a scientific infrastructure for investigation of the Peruvian Sea. but also, an important tourist landmark in Lima expanding.
