Modificación en el planeamiento de minado de la fase 01 para lograr alimentación requerida por planta en Mina Antapaccay

Abstract

El objetivo del siguiente informe de suficiencia es describir los trabajos realizados en el Planeamiento a Corto Plazo de una mina a Tajo Abierto, hacer un planteamiento y análisis de mejora con la modificación en el minado de la fase 01 del Tajo Sur, esto para poder lograr la alimentación requerida de 60 mil toneladas secas diarias a la chancadora primaria, se analizará la ganancia que significo esto al no detener el chancado de mineral que va hacia la planta. También se hará una descripción de los controles que se aplican en el planeamiento a corto plazo y las mejoras que se pueden realizar en el acarreo del material a la chancadora. Se realizará el cálculo del costo ganado que significó el cambio del minado con la fase propuesta también de la reducción de costo en acarreo que significo realizar la construcción de una rampa estratégica para el minado de la sub fase.

The aim of the following report of sufficiency is to describe the works realized in the short-term Planning of a mine to Opened Tagus, make an approach and analysis of improvement with the modification in the mined one of the phase 01 of the Tagus South, this to be able to achieve the constant supply of an average of 60,000dry tons daily to the primary crusher, the profit will be analyzed that I mean this on not having stoppedthe ground one of mineral that goes towards the plant. Also there will be done a description of the controls that are applied in the short-term planning and the improvements that can be realized in the transportation of the material to the crusher.
