Abstract

La educación en nuestro país ha significado un reto en cuanto se refiere a mejorar el desempeño y calidad educativa de los estudiantes. Sin embargo, al referirnos a la calidad de la educación, es importante tener en cuenta que esta no debe ser medida solamente en el reflejo de conocimientos de estudiantes y maestros; sino también en el conjunto de aspectos físicos que influencian en el desarrollo personal y social de cada uno de los educandos. Es así que, al referirnos a los institutos se debe tener en cuenta que estos constituyen un eje primordial del desarrollo del sistema educativo; sin embargo, a lo largo de los años y en el contexto nacional, no se han visto mejoras en cuanto a la infraestructura y desarrollo de los espacios físicos, ni a la adaptación de estos a los nuevos modelos de aprendizaje que se vienen aplicando en el contexto internacional; lo cual genera un impacto negativo en el desempeño y desarrollo profesional de los estudiantes. El proyecto de grado denominado “Instituto Técnico Superior de Villa el Salvador”, propone una reflexión sobre el modo en el que se proyectan los edificios educativos, de manera que constituye una nueva propuesta para la mejora de la calidad en el diseño arquitectónico de este tipo de edificaciones. Por lo que, basado en los nuevos modelos de aprendizaje, específicamente en el aprendizaje activo, el proyecto ha sido diseñado de modo tal que propicia las conexiones físicas, espaciales y visuales dentro y fuera del edificio. Asimismo, explora las potencialidades y requerimientos del entorno para que, mediante una adecuada propuesta de diseño, contribuya con la mejora del desarrollo urbano, social y productivo del distrito.

The education in our country has meant a challenge as soon as it refers to improving the performance and educational quality of the students. Nevertheless, on having referred to the quality of the education, it is important to bear in mind that this one must not be measured only in the reflex of knowledge of students and teachers; but also, in the set of physical aspects that they influence in the personal and social development of each of the pupils. It is so, on having referred to the institutes, it is necessary to bear in mind that these constitute an essential axis of the development of the educational system; nevertheless, throughout the years and in the national context, progress has not been seen as for the infrastructure and development of the physical spaces, not to the adaptation of these to the new models of learning that have applying himself in the international context; which generates a negative impact in the performance and professional development of the students. The project of grade so called “Instituto Técnico Superior de Villa el Salvador”, he proposes a reflection on the way in which the educational buildings are projected, so that it constitutes a piece of news proposed for the progress of the quality in the architectural design of this type of buildings. From what, based on the new models of learning, specifically in active learning, the project has been designed in a such way that propitiates the physical, spatial and visual connections inside and out of the building. Also, he explores the potentialities and requests of the environment so that, by means of a suitable proposal of design, he contributes with the progress of the urban, social and productive development of the district.
