Diseño de un centro de datos para una red de banda ancha de la región Tacna/Moquegua

Abstract

Para la construcción de un centro de datos, el Perú se basa en la norma técnica peruana ISO/IEC 22237 según Resolución Directoral N°030-2019-INACAL/DN, cuyo objetivo es preservar la Seguridad de la Información que es el activo principal de toda organización. El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional tiene por objetivo presentar el diseño de un centro de datos acorde a la normativa técnica peruana y especificación técnica peruana para la región Tacna/Moquegua, aprovechando la infraestructura existente denominada Centro de operaciones de Red. Para lograr el objetivo del presente informe, también se presenta la optimización de la gestión del flujo de aire acondicionado del centro de datos, estandarización del cableado de cobre y óptico, la revisión del sistema de energía y proponer procedimiento durante la entrega al Programa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones (Pronatel).

For the construction of a data center, Peru is based on the Peruvian technical standard ISO/IEC 22237 according to Directorial Resolution No. 030-2019-INACAL/DN, whose objective is to preserve Information Security, which is the main asset of all organizations. The purpose of this work is to present the design of a data center in accordance with Peruvian technical regulations and Peruvian technical selections for the Tacna/Moquegua region, taking advantage of the existing infrastructure called Network Operations Center. To achieve the objective of this professional sufficiency report, the optimization of the air conditioning flow management of the data center, standardization of copper and optical cabling, review of the energy system and proposing procedure during delivery to the Program are also presented.
