Infraestructura hospitalaria

Abstract

El presente informe resume los trabajos realizados en los que he tenido la oportunidad de participar después de haber egresado de la facultad de arquitectura. Al inicio, como apoyo técnico para luego ir ganando experiencia y participando en el diseño, coordinación y desarrollo de todos los proyectos encargados. Han sido diversas las tipologías abordadas a lo largo de estos años, entre proyectos educativos, oficinas institucionales, y proyectos de salud en todos sus niveles y etapas. Actualmente, existe una brecha de infraestructura en el sector público, que se hizo más evidente durante los años de pandemia y de los cuales, por diversos motivos aún no han sido resueltos, por lo que tengo mayor inclinación y particular interés en desarrollar este tipo de proyectos. Los proyectos de infraestructura hospitalaria, y de la cual, el presente informe está orientado a describir, han sido los que mayores retos y experiencias he obtenido, por su complejidad, su funcionalidad y por el resultado final que se ha logrado, muchos de ellos ya ejecutados. En el listado se encuentran aquellos proyectos de salud más importantes en los que he participado, algunos de ellos, del sector privado y fundamentalmente para el sector público, de los cuales abordaré tres de ellos, para describir con mayor detalle las propuestas desarrolladas. En estos proyectos he sido parte del equipo profesionales proyectistas, responsable principalmente de todos los documentos que se elaboran en un Expediente técnico, en la especialidad de Arquitectura. Además, que todos estos documentos contengan toda la información necesaria para ser ejecutada en obra y no haya omisiones que retrasen o generen adicionales de obra. Así como también de la toma de decisiones en cuanto al diseño de ciertas Unidades Productoras de Salud y de tomar las decisiones en la indicación de los mejores acabados, conociendo las diversas características requeridas para cada necesidad.

This report summarizes the work carried out in which I have had the opportunity to participate after graduating from the Faculty of Architecture. At the beginning, as technical support to later gain experience and participate in the design, coordination and development of all the projects in charge. The typologies addressed throughout these years have been diverse, including educational projects, institutional offices, and health projects at all levels and stages. Currently, there is an infrastructure gap in the public sector, which became more evident during the pandemic years and which, for various reasons, have not yet been resolved, which is why I have a greater inclination and particular interest in developing this type of Projects. The hospital infrastructure projects, which this report is aimed at describing, have been the ones with the greatest challenges and experiences I have obtained, due to their complexity, their functionality and the final result that has been achieved, many of them already executed. The list includes the most important health projects in which I have participated, some of them from the private sector and fundamentally for the public sector, of which I will address three of them, to describe in greater detail the proposals developed. In these projects I have been part of the professional design team, mainly responsible for all the documents that are prepared in a technical file, in the specialty of Architecture. Furthermore, that all these documents contain all the information necessary to be executed on site and there are no omissions that delay or generate additional work. As well as making decisions regarding the design of certain Health Production Units and making decisions in indicating the best finishes, knowing the various characteristics required for each need.
