Conjunto habitacional de interés social en Ica

Abstract

A raíz del terremoto ocurrido en agosto de 2007 el déficit habitacional se hizo más evidente y se agravó debido a las viviendas destruidas lo que obligó o lo respuesta por porte de los instituciones públicas privadas y de cooperación. que en el camino de lo reconstrucción encontraron problemas que fueron resolviendo y dejando tras de sí diversos propuestos que vale lo peno analizar y rescatar. En este contexto urge el planteamiento de soluciones habitacionales que no sólo satisfagan lo demando de viviendo de lo población sino que constituyan un medio ambiente construido seguro y saludable que a su vez contribuyan al desarrollo sostenible de lo ciudad incorporando espacios de intercambio y producción. El presente documento constituye un diagnóstico de la situación habitacional regional actual y propone, a través del desarrollo de un caso particular, una alternativa de reconstrucción que considera a los diferentes actores Involucrados en este proceso.

After the earthquoke of August 2007 in Ica the housing deficit was manifested and aggravated by the losses which forced a rapid response by the public private and cooperation sectors which in the way of reconstruction left us different proposals regarding social economic and environmental subjects that have been analyzed and merger in this proposol. In this context. urges the opproach of housing solutions that not only meet the housing demond of the population. but constitute a safe and heolthy built environment which in turn contribute to sustainoble development of the city incorporating areas of exchange and production. This paper provides an analysis of the current regional housing situation and proposes, through the development of a particular case, an alternative reconstruction that brings together the different actors involved in this process.
