Instalaciones sanitarias: expediente técnico saldo de obra II: mejoramiento y sustitución de la infraestructura educativa de la I.E. Nuestra Señora de Altagracia Ayaviri - Melgar Puno

Abstract

El presente proyecto consiste en evaluar el estado de la obra paralizada de la Institución Educativo Nuestra Señora de Altagracia e identificar las instalaciones y/o equipamientos faltantes por ejecutar o las mejoras que requiera el proyecto. La ejecución de obra del proyecto se dio inicio el año 2017 y en el año 2019 se aprueba el expediente técnico del primer saldo de obra y en el año 2021 por causales de incumplimiento de obligaciones contractuales se resolvió el contrato, por ende, se dio el inicio al segundo saldo de obra. El expediente técnico del segundo saldo de obra en la especialista de instalaciones sanitarias consiste en evaluar y desarrollar los diseños faltantes y las mejoras que se requieran en los dos terrenos destinados para el local académico y local deportivo. El local académico cuenta con la infraestructura que tienen aulas, laboratorios, servicios higiénicos, capilla, cafetería y cuartos de limpieza, debido a las modificaciones arquitectónicas realizadas se está modificando las instalaciones de sanitarias al 100%, reubicando la cisterna existente. El local deportivo cuenta con piscina, polideportivo, cafetería, estadio y servicios generales, de la inspección técnica se identificó que las tuberías instaladas estaban expuestas y no cumplían con las pruebas hidráulicas, el sistema de abastecimiento de agua mantendrá su ubicación y se mejorará el diseño hidráulico del sistema de bombeo. Las autorizaciones de conexión de agua, desagüe y la red complementaría de agua y alcantarillado cuentan con factibilidad de servicio por parte de la EPS aguas del Altiplano.

The sports facility has a swimming pool, sports center, cafeteria, stadium and general services. The technical inspection identified that the installed pipes were exposed and did not comply with the hydraulic tests. The water supply system will maintain its location and the design will be improved. hydraulic pumping system. The authorizations for connection of water, drainage and the complementary water and sewage network have feasibility of service by the EPS Aguas del Altiplano.
