Supervisión del expediente técnico del proyecto: ampliación y mejoramiento de los sistemas de agua potable y alcantarillado para el esquema Jerusalén y anexos - distrito de Puente Piedra

Abstract

El presente Informe de Ingeniería titulado: “Supervisión del expediente técnico del Proyecto: ampliación y mejoramiento de los sistemas de agua potable y alcantarillado para el esquema Jerusalén y anexos – distrito de Puente Piedra”, ha sido elaborado tomando como información el Expediente Técnico del proyecto, documentos del contrato, las gestiones de la supervisión del Estudio y el lineamiento el procedimiento de SEDAPAL para la Supervisión de la elaboración del Estudio Definitivo y Expediente Técnico del proyecto. En el primer capítulo se describe el marco teórico que conforman la gestión de la supervisión, el marco legal y técnico que interviene en el desarrollo de la supervisión del del contrato de consultoría de obra, las definiciones principales que involucran a un sistema de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado, así como las consideraciones generales para la elaboración del Estudio Definitivo y el alcance del desarrollo del estudio Definitivo y Expediente Técnico. En el segundo capítulo, se describe el alcance del expediente técnico, así como las revisiones de la supervisión del contrato a los informes de avance respecto a los alcances técnicos y la gestión del contrato a los alcances del contrato. Finalmente se concluye en la identificación de los aspectos importantes de las causas y aspectos que llevaron a una modificación a los alcances del contrato de Consultoría de Obra e información a tener en cuenta para un buen desarrollo del Expediente Técnico para que se cumplan con la planificación inicial.

This Engineering Report entitled Supervision of the Technical file of the project “Expansion and improvement of the Systems Water and Swerage for the Jerusalén y Anexos – Puente Piedra”, has been prepared taking as information the Technical File of the Project, documents of the contract, the management of the supervision of the Study, a guideline the procedure of SEDAPAL for the supervision of the preparation of the Study final and Technical file of the project. The first chapter describes the theoretical framework that makes up the management of supervision, the legal and technical framework that intervenes in the development of the supervision of the work consultancy contract, the main definitions that involve a Drinking water and Sewerage system, as well as the general considerations for the preparation of the Definitive Study and the scope of the development of the Definitive Study and Technical File. In the second chapter the scope of the technical file is described, as well as the revisions of the supervision of the contract to the progress reports regarding the technical scopes and the management of the contract to the scope of the contract. Finally, it concludes in the identification of the important aspects of the causes and aspects that led to a modification to the scope of the Construction Consultancy contract and information to be taken into for a good development of the Technical File son that the initial planning is complied with.
