Abstract

El Instituto Nacional de Promoción Turística y Patrimonial, es un proyecto de uso mixto que tiene como finalidad ser la entidad gestora, donde se involucren y desarrollen, en un solo edificio, las oficinas administrativas de los principales actores relacionado al Turismo, y al Patrimonio cultural de Arequipa, entre ellos tenemos a la UNESCO, el AECID, las PYMES, gobiernos Municipales y Regionales, Mincetur, PromPerú y la PEA. Así también, desarrolla un área educativa que complementa el objetivo de buscar la sostenibilidad de las actividades económicas de Arequipa ligadas al turismo y a su patrimonio.
