Instalaciones sanitarias de la obra del edificio de las oficinas del INPE en el distrito de Surquillo - Lima

Abstract

Esta tesis de experiencia profesional describe de manera detallada mi trayectoria laboral, desde el inicio de mi carrera en 2018 hasta el año 2024, destacando las actividades y proyectos en los que he participado, y que me han permitido alcanzar la modalidad propuesta. El proyecto de investigación del presente trabajo será de la obra “Mejoramiento del servicio de readaptación social de liberados y sentenciados de la Dirección de Medio Libre – INPE, Distrito de Surquillo, Provincia de Lima – Región de Lima.” Este proyecto fue fundamental en mi desarrollo profesional, ya que me permitió aplicar mis conocimientos y habilidades en la ejecución de instalaciones sanitarias, así como abordar y resolver importantes desafíos técnicos y normativos. A lo largo de la ejecución del proyecto, se evidenció diversas incompatibilidades entre el diseño y los planos del expediente técnico original. Este desfase técnico no solo generó problemas de coordinación, sino que también implicó el incumplimiento de diversas normativas establecidas en el Reglamento Nacional de Edificaciones, lo cual representó un reto importante para la correcta ejecución de las instalaciones sanitarias. La identificación de estas discrepancias fue crucial para poder realizar las modificaciones necesarias, garantizando el cumplimiento de las normativas y la calidad del proyecto.

This professional experience thesis describes in detail my career, from the beginning of my career in 2018 to 2024, highlighting the activities and projects in which I participated, which have allowed me to achieve the proposed modality. The research project for this work will be "Improvement of the Social Rehabilitation Service for Released and Sentenced Inmates of the Free Environment Directorate - INPE, Surquillo District, Lima Province - Lima Region." This project was fundamental to my professional development, as it allowed me to apply my knowledge and skills in the execution of sanitary facilities, as well as address and resolve important technical and regulatory challenges. Throughout the execution of the project, various incompatibilities between the design and the plans of the original technical file became evident. This technical discrepancy not only generated coordination problems but also entailed non-compliance with various regulations established in the National Building Regulations, which represented a significant challenge for the proper execution of the sanitary facilities. Identifying these discrepancies was crucial to making the necessary modifications, ensuring regulatory compliance and project quality.
