Procesos constructivos de la locación pozo de inyección de agua en la planta de gas Camisea

Abstract

El presente informe busca describir y dar cuenta de todos los aspectos suscitados durante la construcción del proyecto “EPC Construcción Locación para Pozo de Inyección de Agua MA-1006 - Planta Malvinas”, en evidencia de que el Perú cuenta con 18 cuencas con potencial de hidrocarburos, distribuidas en las zonas del litoral costero y mar peruano, la zona sub andina y la zona amazónica, de las cuales esta última representa la de mayor extensión y potencial energético. Pon tanto dada la importancia de las exploraciones petroleras en beneficio del aprovechamiento energético del país, y en vista de la poca información existente en la construcción de este tipo de infraestructura, el presente informe recopila los principales acontecimientos suscitados en el proyecto, ahora bien, en el entendido de que cada proyecto es único, el presente informe busca recoger las situaciones adversas y/u oportunidades recurrentes presentes en este tipo de proyectos a través de la recopilación de lecciones aprendidas recopiladas mediante la técnica juicio de expertos, aprovechando el know how del equipo de proyecto en la construcción de ocho (08) plataformas de perforación. Así mismo, se describirá las no conformidades del proyecto, sus causas principales y sus acciones correctivas y/o preventivas a fin de que estas se vuelvan suscitar en el proyecto y/u otro similar. Finalmente, el presente informe busca exponer la información correspondiente a la experiencia profesional del autor, del proyecto que formo parte de inicio a fin con el objetivo de complementar e incrementar la información existente referente a la construcción de plataformas de perforación para hidrocarburos, información poco difundida, detallada y/o estudiada en el Perú, país con bastos recursos energéticos fósiles.

The present report aims to describe and account for all aspects arising during the construction of the project "EPC Construction Location for Water Injection Well MA-1006 - Malvinas Plant", in light of the fact that Peru has 18 hydrocarbon basins with potential, distributed in the coastal and marine areas, the sub-Andean zone, and the Amazon zone, with the latter representing the largest extent and energy potential. Given the importance of oil exploration for the country's energy utilization and the limited information available on the construction of this type of infrastructure, this report compiles the main events that occurred in the project. Understanding that each project is unique, this report seeks to gather adverse situations and/or recurring opportunities present in these types of projects through the collection of lessons learned gathered through expert judgment technique, leveraging the project team's know-how in the construction of eight (08) drilling platforms. Additionally, it will describe the project's non-conformities, their main causes, and their corrective and/or preventive actions to prevent their recurrence in this or similar projects. Finally, this report aims to present the author's professional experience, being part of the project from start to finish, with the objective of complementing and increasing existing information regarding the construction of drilling platforms for hydrocarbons, information that is scarcely disseminated, detailed, and/or studied in Peru, a country with vast fossil energy resources.
