Optimización de tiempos improductivos para mejorar la productividad de carguío y acarreo en una empresa minera

Abstract

El presente estudio científico, tuvo por objetivo: Comprobar que la Optimización de tiempos improductivos mejora positivamente la productividad de carguío y acarreo en una Empresa Minera. El mismo que responderá a la hipótesis general: La Optimización de tiempos improductivos mejora positivamente la productividad de carguío y acarreo en la Empresa Minera. Por su naturaleza y profundidad de estudio, fue una investigación de tipo aplicada, en el marco de un nivel experimental. Dinámica que fue materializada gracias al diseño pre - experimental. Para la cristalización del trabajo científico, se consideró como muestra a los tiempos improductivos en el proceso de carguío y acarreo, donde se aplicó los instrumentos de guía de observación y guía de análisis documental. Secuencialmente, los resultados obtenidos fueron procesados, analizados y relacionados desde la estadística descriptiva e inferencial, utilizando la estadística descriptiva desde el software Excel y SPSS v.27. Se llegó a la conclusión que, la Optimización de tiempos improductivos mejora positivamente la productividad de carguío y acarreo en la Empresa Minera, según la prueba t = a 1.30, con una Sig. (bilateral) de 0,000 menor a 0,05. Además, la Optimización de tiempos improductivos influye positivamente en la mejora del aprovechamiento de los equipos en las actividades productivas en la Empresa Minera, según la prueba t = a 1.69, con una Sig. (bilateral) de 0,000 menor a 0,05. Y finalmente, la Optimización de tiempos improductivos influye positivamente en la mejora de la producción en equipos del ciclo de mina en la Empresa Minera, según la prueba t = a 1.74, con una Sig. (bilateral) de 0,000 menor a 0,05.

The objective of this scientific study was: To verify that the reduction of non-productive times positively improves the productivity of loading and hauling in a Mining Company. The same that will respond to the general hypothesis: The reduction of non-productive times positively improves the productivity of loading and hauling in the Mining Company. Due to its nature and depth of study, it was an applied type of research, within the framework of an experimental level. Dynamics that were materialized thanks to the pre-experimental design. For the crystallization of the scientific work, the unproductive times in the loading and hauling process were considered as a sample, where the instruments of observation guide and documentary analysis guide were applied. Sequentially, the results obtained were processed, analyzed and related from descriptive and inferential statistics, using descriptive statistics from Excel software and SPSS v.27. It was concluded that the reduction of non-productive times positively improves the productivity of loading and hauling in the Mining Company, according to the test t = a 1.30, with a Sig. (bilateral) of 0.000 less than 0.05. In addition, the reduction of non-productive times has a positive influence on the improvement of the use of equipment in productive activities in the Mining Company, according to the test t = a 1.69, with a Sig. (bilateral) of 0.000 less than 0.05. And finally, the reduction of non-productive times positively influences the improvement of production in mine cycle equipment in the Mining Company, according to the test t = a 1.74, with a Sig. (bilateral) of 0.000 less than 0.05.
